Driving Purpose. Powering Impact.
The Circle of Champions (CoC) is a dynamic network of professionals, thought leaders, and community builders who serve at the heart of Lotus Ladder Collective’s mission. Together, they power two transformative goals:
✅ Building capacity for mission-driven nonprofits
✅ Empowering South Asian women in professional transition
Who They Are
Our Champions are subject matter experts and service-oriented professionals with deep experience in fields such as nonprofit leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), fundraising, marketing, wellness, workforce development, and community development. They are primarily South Asian women who have achieved significant milestones in their careers and are actively engaged in community service.
Why It Matters
The Circle of Champions is more than an advisory group. It’s a catalyst for change! Both nonprofits and individuals thrive through collaboration, service, and shared purpose.
